1. What Kind of TV Shows Do You Watch? Why Do You Like Them?
Answer: It is hard to pigeonhole myself to one genre of TV Show. If you asked my favorites, they are wide ranging from Game of Thrones to The League to One Tree Hill to Boy Meets World to Bates Motel to The Office to Workaholics. I can spitball a bunch of others, but those are the ones I have watched most recently. I also like political shows like The Newsroom and Scandal.
2. What Kind of Books and Magazines Do You Read? Why Do You Like Them?
Answer: I don’t read many books or magazines. I used to read ESPN magazine frequently. If I had to pick a type of book, I enjoy political and sports books. I love hearing the inside stories. Despite me not tuning in to him because he sold out at this point, Colin Cowherd was one of my absolute favorite sports guys for a long time. His book You Herd Me! I’ll Say It If No One Else Will isn’t the typical shock jock garbage you hear him spewing regularly. The book has a lot of substance to why he holds some of his unpopular opinions. I have read it three times. If I had to go to other genres and books, I love The Kite Runner, Fahrenheit 451 and The Outsiders.
3. Do You Read More On Paper or On Screen?
Answer: Screen all the way. I can search anything I want easily and I use that to my advantage.
4. Is Social Media Important to You?
Answer: Considering my business depends on it, yes. Yes it is.
5. Which Social Media and Websites Do You Use Regularly? Why?
Answer: Facebook first and foremost because I use it as a money making tool for my clients through ads. YouTube is easily my favorite platform because I love watching videos. I get sucked down the rabbit hole a bunch late at night. I use all of them frequently.
6. What Kind of Videos Do You Watch Online? Why?
Answers: Again, it is wide ranging. I watch my favorite movie scenes, countdowns, react videos and others. One of my personal favorites to watch are massage and chiropractic videos. I actually watch those a lot of times before bed to put me in a more relaxed state. I absolutely love this dude Gregory Johnson out of Houston. He does what he calls a “Ring Dinger.” It looks painfully amazing honestly. He props the patient’s legs up at a 90 degree and then pins them with two pads in place. He wraps a towel around their head and pulls from the jaw and sends a massive crack and adjustment all the way down. It is freaking intense.
7. What Kind of Things Do You Share Online? Who Do Your Share Them With?
Answer: I like to share many of my friend’s businesses or businesses I enjoy. Of course as I write this, my blog and my own business are two things I share the most. I just enjoy sharing people’s passions. Just the other day, an old friend from high school posted a video of him singing an original on instagram. He’s a religious dude and I am not at all. But I love the passion in his voice and in his music. I wound up messaging him and letting him know how great it was. Here we are reconnecting. That’s what I love about social.
8. Do Your Friends Have the Same Interest As You?
It ranges honestly. Because I like to talk about nearly everything and am curious by nature. My friends are wide ranging. Some I connect with more on wrestling. Some I connect with politics. My main interest is sports and business so I connect with most of them on that level. Two of my friends are super religious (including the one I mentioned). I enjoy talking to them about that because neither of them condemn me for not being religious. I love hearing about the world through their point of view.
9. Do You Care About What’s Popular? Why or Why Not?
It depends on what it is. I won’t do something just because it is popular. But I also won’t do it just because it is popular. I like what I like.
10. What is the Last Thing You Were a Huge Fan Of? Why Did You Like It So Much? How Did You Show You Were A Fan?
TV:
I have TV shows I will always be a huge fan of. Currently, I am rewatching One Tree Hill. It is one of my favorites. I love that a large portion is centered around basketball, my favorite spot. It has a handful of amazing characters. It is a super emotional packed tv show. I actually have a Nathan Scott jersey with the (spoiler alert) in honor of emblem on it for Uncle Keith. I love that damn jersey.
Music:
Panic At The Disco is probably my favorite band at the moment and holds that place strong. I like them because Brendon Urie is a god. I saw them in concert a few months back. I am not a big concert person at all. As soon as I saw they were coming, I was going. I didn’t care if it was by myself.
Games:
Right now, I am currently playing Madden 07 mostly. I have a dynasty going with the Ravens. I am 7-0 and Ed Reed has 4 INTs. I like 07 because of the hit stick, highlight stick, lead blocking and just overall smooth gameplay.
Online Videos:
I already mentioned my particular interest in Chiropractic videos. So I won’t give the same answer. Lately, we have been watching Disney videos in preparation for our trip with our son. We have been watching Boo To You which is their Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party Parade. It is my wife and I’s absolute favorite parade and we are not huge Halloween people. We are Christmas all the way. We have been watching that and Happily Ever After. I miss Wishes a ton, but they at least replaced it with something else that is fantastic.

11. What Do You Consider the Most Popular Thing Right Now? Why Do You Think It Is So Popular?
Social Media is always up there. That is tough question to answer. Honestly, the first thing that pops in my head is Lizzo. A friend of mine mentioned her to me recently. Since then, I have seen her music pop up quite a bit. I don’t think it is “the most” popular. Just something to keep an eye on I guess. Another thing that is wildly popular is Marvel movies. The superhero trend hasn’t died and it is been nearly a decade I believe since it started gaining steam.
12. What Kind of TV Shows, Books or Movies Would You Like To See More Of? Why?
I want to see more honest political depictions like in the TV Show the Newsroom. I get so sick of the noise and people sharing inaccurate memes on social media when we have the right information at our fingertips.
