On episode 23, I sit down with Chef Marlon Williams. Marlon owns Chicken’s Kitchen Catering (chickenskitchen.com) and he serves up some great dishes. From getting fired as a manager at Family Dollar to being fired from a construction company after calling out some higher ups to launching his successful company, he tells all in his journey. Marlon also happens to be a great friend of mine as we often discuss more important topics such as Black Lives Matter. Being a large black man, he and I talk about our different experiences with police including him being stripped down to his underwear on the side of the road as a teen among other things pertaining to Black Lives Matter.
