Week 2 Power Rankings

32. Detroit Lions (0-1)

Last Week: 30

Week 1 Question: Matt Patricia sucks as a head coach, can we stop stepping around it?
Answer: Case in point…blowing a 17 point lead in the 4th quarter to Mitchell Trubisky.

31. Cleveland Browns (0-1)

Last Week: 17

Week 1 Question: Can Kevin Stefanski turn the offense into everything it is supposed to be on paper?
Answer: On one hand, they played the Ravens so it’s not like they lost to a team who doesn’t regularly maul opponents. On the other, how un-competitive can you fucking be?

31. Cincinnati Bengals (0-1)

Last Week: 26

Week 1 Question: If AJ Green stays healthy, can he re-establish himself as one of the best receivers in football?
Answer: Burrow was obviously the star. AJ had a healthy day catching 5 passes for 51 yards. I believe he was hosed on the OPI for the game winning TD. Answer, he’s still got it.

30. New York Jets (0-1)

Last Week: 25

Week 1 Question: How long before Adam Gase has a viral post game presser?
Answer: Don’t worry. It is coming.

29. Miami Dolphins (0-1)

Last Week: 29

Week 1 Question: Will the offensive line protect Ryan Fitzpatrick enough for Brian Flores to eventually name Tua the starter?
Answer: The Dolphins held their own protecting Fitz against the Patriots pass rush, only giving up 1 sack late in the 4th. Overall, the new line looks better than last year.

28. Washington Football Team (1-0)

Last Week: 31

Week 1 Question: When will Dan Snyder actually pick a name so I can stop typing this stupid shit?
Answer: Please change it now.

27. Carolina Panthers (0-1)

Last Week: 28

Week 1 Question: Teddy two gloves has his second chance, what does he do with it?
Answer: The Panthers offense was solid scoring at least a field goal on every drive in the first half. The offense was methodical including a 17 play, 75 yard drive. Not a bad showing for the former Saint.

26. Houston Texans (0-1)

Last Week: 19

Week 1 Question: Can your secondary make enough plays to help Deshaun Watson?
Answer: To be determined since they played Patrick Mahomes. However, maybe the question should’ve been, can his offensive line give him some time to throw? They looked like ass water.

25. Atlanta Falcons (0-1)

Last Week: 21

Week 1 Question: Will you be able to generate a pass rush to help your shitty defense?
Answer: They were good in the first half. So I guess that is improvement. The defense still sucks though.

24. New York Giants (0-1)

Last Week: 27

Week 1 Question: Does the positional potential become null and void due to inadequacy up front on both sides of the ball?
Answer: Saquon had 15 carries for 6 yards. The defense racked up double digit tackles for loss and three sacks. It was the Steelers who live in opponents backfields. But, it wasn’t good.

23. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-0)

Last Week: 32

Week 1 Question: On a scale of 1-10, how much is the Jags’ front office tanking for Trevor?

Last Week: 20

Week 1 Question: Can Derek Carr take a leap in 2020 with all the new weapons to throw to?

18. Denver Broncos (0-1)

Last Week: 18

Week 1 Question: Can Bradley Chubb step up in the absence of Von Miller?
Answer: Chubb finished Monday Night with two hits on Ryan Tannehill. Overall, the defense was gashed by the running of Derrick Henry.

Last Week: 22

Week 1 Question: Can the Rams rebound and make the playoffs in a backfield led by Cam Akers? (Let’s stop bullshitting that he’s not your best back.)
